VivienB's, of Thame, design and produce bespoke wedding invitations and corresponding wedding stationery in Oxfordshire for the UK and Worldwide, and have successfully been creating stationery perfection for over 4 years.

Our vision is to create wedding invitations and stationery that encompass's everything about you as a couple and the special occasion that your wedding day should be. We pride ourselves on producing high end quality save the date cards, wedding invitations, table plans, table cards, menus, place Cards, and Thank You Cards. 

We strive to be different from standard wedding stationery offered for weddings, and believe your guests should be as excited as you are, from the moment they receive their own guest wedding invitation, to the day they receive their Thank You card.

Stationery Colours/Embellishments And Themes
Please complete this section, even if purchasing one stationery type, so that we can ensure your items are to your own specifications. If you are planning on using the bespoke service, then leave this section blank, as we will discuss this with you during your personal consultation.

Card colour/texture
Please state your preferred card colour. As standard, our collection card texture is the luxurious Tapestry Broderie, unless stated otherwise.
We would recommend BLACK as the best colour for the main text, however you may wish to highlight certain aspects of text with a specific colour. Please state below which words you would like highlighted and the preferred colour choice. We will try to match as near to your colour choice as possible in your sample.
If your preferred stationery collection contains ribbon, then please state the colour you would like this in. If you know the `Shindo ribbon order number from our chart, then please detail this too.

If selecting the VivienB's Bespoke Service, there will be a £25 consultation/design fee payable before the design process can begin.

Do you require the Personalisation service?
+50p per invitation (Includes individual guest names on invitation and guest names and addresses on envelope)
Traditionally, wedding invitations are sent from the brides parents, but many couples opt to sent the invitations from themselves. If the invitations are from someone other than yourselves, please state the names as you would like them to appear.
You may wish to search for standard templates of wording on the internet, create your own variation, or alternatively leave it to us, and we will use our standard wording for wedding invitations.

All VivienB's Collections automatically come with 2 inserts for day invitations and 1 insert for evening invitations. You may choose to have double sided printing, at no additional cost. Additional Inserts are available, but charges will apply in your invoice.
Envelope Upgrades
As standard all VivienB's collection invitations come with plain white or creme envelopes. Please state YES or NO if you would like to upgrade to luxurious envelopes in corresponding tapestry broderie.

We require order of service wording no later than 4 weeks before you wish to receive the items
